🤖 Auto-send · daily 4:00 PM
Your birthday, check-in, flight-day and follow-up emails go out on their own every day at 4:00 PM, from your own Gmail. Set up once per company, about 15 minutes.
🔐 Account
Paste your own Google Sheet. It opens from 📊 FU file in the sidebar. Leave it empty and the link is hidden.
Logging out clears this device. Everything stays in the cloud and comes back next time you sign in.
🔑 Password
Changing your password stops your 4PM emails until you paste a new connection code. Right after you change it: Auto-send → Set it up → Copy connection code → paste it over AB_TOKEN in your script.
🤖 Turn on auto-send · FlyBusiness
This installs a small helper inside your own Gmail. It sends your automatic emails every day at 4:00 PM. You do this once.
1
Copy your script
Press this. It copies to your clipboard. Nothing opens, nothing is sent.
2
Open Apps Script and paste it
Go to script.google.com, signed in as the Gmail above. Click New project, select whatever is in the code box (Ctrl+A), delete it, paste yours (Ctrl+V), save it as Agent Bible.
3
Set the clock
Gear icon on the left → Time zone → search Chisinau and pick Europe/Chisinau.
The GMT number beside it changes with the season, +03:00 in summer and +02:00 in winter. Ignore the number, pick the name. Google follows the clock change for you.
4
Switch it on
Back in the code, pick setupTrigger in the dropdown at the top and press Run.
Google asks for permission. Say yes or nothing will ever send.
Review permissions → your account → Advanced (small, bottom left) → Go to Agent Bible (unsafe)Allow.
"Unsafe" only means Google has not reviewed your own private script.
5
Connect it to your customers
Without this the helper has no idea who your customers are, and you would have to email it a copy every single time anything changes. Do it once and it reads your book by itself.
Now back in Apps Script: gear iconProject Settings → scroll to Script propertiesAdd script property.
Property: AB_TOKEN
Value: paste the code (Ctrl+V)
Then Save script properties.
This code opens your own account only. It cannot see any other agent's customers. Still, do not post it anywhere or send it to anyone, the same as your password.
6
Check it
Pick testFirestore in the dropdown, press Run. The black box should say CONNECTED and count your customers — or just watch the line below, it updates on its own, no log-reading needed.
Then pick testDryRun and Run. It lists who would get an email today. Nothing due today with nobody due is correct.
⏳ Waiting for you to run testFirestore
If you skipped step 5
Then the helper has no data and you must email it a copy after every change: press this, then Ctrl+V and Send in the Gmail window. Doing step 5 properly means you never touch this button again.
Add customer
Click here, then Ctrl+V / ⌘+V the booking screenshot or the copied reservation text Reads passenger, birthday, email, phone, company, segments and dates. Each paste adds one more flight to this customer, no duplicates.

🗑 Trash
Items sit here for 7 days, then delete themselves automatically — except cancelled auto-sends, which are kept until their date has passed so the robot cannot un-cancel them. Restoring an item switches its automatic email back ON. You can also delete any item permanently right now, or press Empty Trash to do it to everything at once.

I am not looking anymore, thanks
No worries at all, I totally get it! If things change down the road and you need help with flights, just drop me a line and I'll happily jump back in whenever. You can always reach me. Take care and hope to hear from you again sometime! 😊
I am not looking anymore, thanks (alt)
Totally understood! Life happens and plans change, no pressure at all. Whenever you're ready to start planning again, just ping me and I'll pick up right where we left off. , whichever is easier for you. Hope to catch you next time! ✈️
It's too expensive
I hear you, business class is a real investment! Just so you know, the price really depends on a bunch of things: which airline, how many stops, travel dates, how far out you're booking… there's a lot that moves the needle.

My job is to find you the best bang for your buck, so if budget is the main thing, let's work with that. Sometimes a slightly different routing or a day or two of flexibility can make a big difference. Want me to take another crack at it with that in mind? I'm if you want to chat.
Let me think about it
Of course, take your time! Just a heads-up though: business class availability and pricing can shift pretty fast, sometimes within hours. I don't want you to miss out on what we found if you do decide to go for it.

If it helps, I can try to hold the options for a bit while you think it over. Just let me know either way. No rush, no pressure. Reach me whenever you're ready! 😊
I am just checking for prices
Totally fair, nothing wrong with shopping around! If it's useful, I can put together a proper breakdown for you, not just the price but the full picture: airline, routing, what's included, fare rules, etc. That way when you are ready to book, you've got everything in front of you.

No commitment needed, just let me know what you're looking at and I'll pull it together. , whichever works best!
Customer asks for just a price
For sure, I'll get you a number! Just need a couple quick details first (destination, rough dates, how many passengers) so I can give you something accurate rather than a ballpark that might be way off.

Takes 2 minutes, I promise 😄 Hit me and we'll get it sorted fast.
I booked my tickets already
Oh nice, congrats on booking! 🎉 Hope you got a great deal.

Quick thought: if you ever want a second set of eyes on it, I'm happy to take a look and make sure everything checks out (routing, fare rules, flexibility, etc.). No cost, no catch. And if you ever need help with upgrades, changes, or your next trip, you know where to find me. anytime!
I can find better prices by myself
Totally get it, and honestly, sometimes you can! But worth keeping in mind that a lot of the really good business class fares aren't on the public sites. We work with consolidated fares and have access to deals that don't show up on Google Flights or the airline websites.

On top of that, I can flag the fine print stuff upfront (change fees, baggage, mileage accrual) so there are no surprises at the airport. If you do find something, feel free to send it my way and I'll tell you straight if it's actually a good deal or not 😄.
Advertised price discrepancy
Great question, this one comes up a lot! The price you saw online is usually the base fare before taxes, fuel surcharges, and fees are added in. And those advertised deals tend to be super limited: a handful of seats at that price, specific dates only, and they can disappear fast.

Fares also shift in real time based on demand and availability, so what was showing an hour ago might already be gone. I know it's frustrating when the numbers don't match. Let me dig into it and see what's actually available for your dates. If there's a better deal out there, I'll find it. Just hit me!
